How to accept tow jobs on ZeroTow

Everything from the job alert to getting paid, in the order you'll do it. Watch the 3-minute video or read the steps below.

Step by step

  1. Go online

Tap the green Online button at the top of the driver screen. You only get job alerts while you're online.

  2. Read the job

Every alert shows the pickup and drop-off cities, the vehicle type, the job details and what it pays you. Take the ones you want; you never have to accept a job.

  3. Accept and confirm

Tap Accept Job, check the details, then confirm. The first driver to confirm gets the job.

  4. Tap On the Way

When you're ready to head out, tap On the Way. This unlocks the pickup address. Tap the chat button to message the customer: ask a question or let them know you're coming.

  5. Get directions

Tap the map icon for step-by-step directions to the pickup.

  6. Tap Arrived

Once you're there, tap Arrived. The vehicle's details appear so you can make sure it's the right car.

  7. Do the pre-hook inspection

Tap Complete Pre-Hook Inspection and take photos of all 8 zones of the vehicle, focusing on any damage. Add the miles, any damage and notes, then the customer's signature, or mark that the customer isn't there. The customer can see this report.

  8. Start driving

With the vehicle loaded, tap Start Driving to unlock the drop-off address.

  9. Take the delivery photo

At the drop-off, the app asks for a photo of the vehicle where you left it. It records the place and time, which protects you and the customer.

  10. Get rated and tipped

When the customer confirms delivery, they can rate you and add a tip. 100% of tips go to you.
