ZeroTow does not sell your personal information, and never has. We do not sell it for money or for anything else of value, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising — the kind of ad targeting that follows you from one company's site to another's. That is true for everyone, in every state, whether or not you ask us.
Because we do not sell or share it, there is nothing here for you to switch off. This page exists so you can see that for yourself, check what your browser is telling us, and change your cookie choices.
Some browsers and extensions send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which California law recognizes as a valid opt-out request. We honor it automatically the moment you arrive — you do not have to sign in, fill anything in, or ask.
ZeroTow's site uses cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep your session secure. Anything beyond that — analytics, marketing, personalization — only runs if you agreed to it. Our apps on the App Store and Google Play carry no third-party advertising trackers at all.

California treats a few things as “sensitive,” and two of them apply to a towing company: your precise location, and government identifiers on a driver application. We use precise location to send a truck to you and to show you where that truck is, and identifiers to verify that a driver is who they say they are and is licensed and insured. We do not use either one to infer anything about you, and we do not disclose either for any purpose that would give you a right to limit it. There is nothing to opt out of.
You can ask us to confirm this in writing, or exercise any of your other rights — to know what we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or to get a copy — at any time:
We verify who you are before we answer, and we answer within 45 days. An authorized agent may make a request for you; we will ask for proof that you authorized them.
We will never treat you differently for asking. Your price does not change, your service does not change, and nothing about your account changes because you exercised a privacy right.
Under 16? We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect it from anyone under 18 at all.
