Tell us what you want and we will do it. You do not have to be a California resident, and you do not have to give a reason.
We confirm we received it, we check that you are who you say you are, and we answer within 45 days. If we need longer, the law lets us take one extension and we will tell you before we do. If we say no, we will tell you why, and you can appeal by replying to that answer within 30 days.
Asking costs you nothing and changes nothing. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a worse experience because you made a request.
An authorized agent can make a request on your behalf. Send the same request from their address and include written proof that you authorized them; we may still contact you directly to confirm.
