Is there a tow truck open now near me in Miami?

Yes. You can book a ZeroTow tow truck any time, day or night, seven days a week, for pickups anywhere in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Book in the ZeroTow app or at zerotow.com, or call (844) ZERO-TOW.

How fast can a tow truck get to me?

Your request goes to every available ZeroTow driver near you at once, and the first to accept heads your way. Arrival time depends on where you are and the time of day; once a driver accepts you see their estimated arrival and watch the truck on the map.

How much does a tow cost in Miami?

A ZeroTow tow is a flat hook fee plus a per-mile charge, and the per-mile rate gets lower on longer trips. Every tow has a short minimum distance, and emergency requests cost more. You see the full price before you book, and that is the price you pay: no surprise charges at the curb.

Is there an app to call a tow truck in Miami?

Yes. ZeroTow is an on-demand towing app for Miami-Dade and Broward, free on the iPhone App Store and Google Play. You can also book at zerotow.com. You see the price first, track your truck live, and pay in the app.

When is my card charged?

When you book, ZeroTow places a hold for the quoted price on your card but does not charge it. The charge goes through after your vehicle is delivered and you confirm it, or automatically 12 hours after delivery if you don't respond. If you report a problem with the delivery, the charge stays on hold until it is sorted out.

Can I cancel a tow?

Yes. Cancelling is free until a driver accepts your request, and the hold on your card is released. After a driver has accepted, cancelling costs the hook fee, which goes to that driver. For a scheduled tow, cancelling is free up to 2 hours before the pickup time.

Can I schedule a tow for later?

Yes. You can book a tow up to 7 days ahead and choose the pickup time. A driver is confirmed ahead of time and you can follow them on the map on the day.

Which areas does ZeroTow cover?

Pickups anywhere in Miami-Dade and Broward counties, including Miami, Hialeah, Miami Beach, Doral, Kendall, Homestead, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines and Miramar. Drop-offs can be outside that area; very long trips are quoted by phone.

Who are the drivers, and what if my car is damaged?

ZeroTow drivers are independent, licensed tow operators who are identity-checked and have insurance on file before they take a job. Before your vehicle is hooked, the driver photographs it from every side and you sign off, so its condition is on record if anything is questioned later.

Do you tow for body shops and dealerships?

Yes. Shops and dealerships can open a ZeroTow business account to order tows with a PO number on each job and pay on one monthly statement instead of a card per tow.

I own a tow truck. Can I work with ZeroTow?

Yes. Independent tow operators in Miami-Dade and Broward can join for free, choose their own jobs and hours, and keep every per-mile dollar and all tips. See zerotow.com/drive to apply.
