What decides how fast the truck gets to you
We can't promise an arrival time, because it depends on where you are, the time of day, traffic and how many drivers are free nearby. What you do get is the driver's estimated arrival as soon as they accept, and a live map to follow them. You can cancel for free until a driver accepts.
If it's an emergency
If you're in danger, call 911 first. If you're stuck in a lane, on a highway shoulder or somewhere that feels unsafe, choose the emergency option when you book. Emergency requests cost more, and you see the price before you confirm. If no driver has accepted after a couple of minutes, our team is alerted and steps in.
